This manual hand chopper is ideal for chopping onions, fruit, vegetables, small salads, tuna, hard boiled eggs, and making quick healthy snacks. Before first use, detach the center stem guard to release blades to their fully opened position, and wash all parts carefully. Place food inside the glass base, attach the lid, and tap the plunger until the desired texture is achieved. Sturdy and durable, this hand chopper is much easier to use and clean than a food processor. The glass base is dishwasher safe. Hand wash all other parts in warm, soapy water.
