Rexoseal Asphalt Driveway Sealer is a water-based rubberized bitumen emulsion used to prevent the degradation of asphalt surfaces. It protects and waterproofs asphalt surfaces to prevent water penetration and further wear. Cures to a glossy black UV-resistant durable finish within 1 to 2 hours at 68 degrees Fahrenheit for early rain resistance. Don't drive over the finished surface for at least 48 hours. Coverage: Rexoseal Asphalt Driveway Sealer will cover approximately 1000 sqft per coat (1 coat application). Preparation: All surfaces must be dry, and free from dirt or any oily residue, and should not be applied when temperature is below 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
