Still Spirits Turbo Yeast Classic 8 (48 hour Turbo Yeast) is the best all round Turbo Yeast, performing excellently under most conditions. Use with 17.5 lbs of sugar for high ABV, or 13 lbs of sugar for fast fermenting. Classic has been further improved with the inclusion of new mineral absorbents, further improving distillate quality. 

 Still Spirits Turbo Yeast Classic 8 (48 hour Turbo Yeast) will ferment 13 pounds of normal sugar in a 5.5 gallon solution in 48 hours or less. This turbo yeast, essences for the home distilling of moonshine alcohol. Make alcohol by fermentation up to above 20% strength.

It will ferment 13 pounds of normal sugar in a 5.5 gallon solution in 48 hours or less, even under difficult circumstances. Still Spirits Turbo Yeast Classic 8 (48 hour Turbo Yeast) works in temperatures up to 86°F. It will produce clean alcohol, but you should still treat with activated carbon for optimum quality before mixing with essences.
